Loved the location as was central to walking to shopping, restaurants, Hop On Hop Off Bus/trams. Only downside was it was difficult for taxis & Ubers to pick up in front of the hotel.

We loved our stay! Staff were very helpful and friendly. The property was very clean. Room was perfect for our 3 day stay while visiting Lisbon. Great location. Amenities all close by within walking distance.

We stayed here for one night. Bed was comfy, rooms were clean. We had an issue with the air con in that our room was reading 28degrees, when we called reception to ask for help they told us they had turned it off for the whole building as people were too cold and to open a window. This wasn’t ideal as it’s very busy and noisy outside!

Excellent Stay, Spacious Suite & Wonderful Service We had an excellent stay at Felix Hotel Lisbon and would happily return! The property manager was knowledgeable, accommodating, and very responsive. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious suite, which made our stay extra special. Location: An excellent base for exploring Lisbon, with easy Uber/Bolt access, nearby restaurants and cafés, public transportation, and walkable sightseeing options. Despite the convenient location, the surroundings felt peaceful. Room & Amenities: We loved the spacious suite, comfortable bed, large bathtub, fireplace, rain shower with excellent water pressure and temperature, and heated towel rack. These comforts were especially appreciated after long days exploring Lisbon’s hills. The property also has a lovely outdoor patio and rooftop area, although we didn’t have time to use them. Service: Excellent hospitality! Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the property manager promptly brought us an iron and ironing board when requested. A Few Minor Drawbacks: Rooftop construction may disturb guests hoping to sleep in. Some bedside outlets weren’t working properly, Kleenex could have been better stocked, there were no clothes hangers, and one bathroom faucet was loose, although the second sink worked fine. Overall: Despite these minor issues, we had a very positive experience and felt it was good value. Would highly recommend for solo or couples traveling.

We stayed on the top floor under the roof. The room had air conditioning, but unfortunately, the bathroom did not. The showerhead was also installed quite low, making it uncomfortable for my husband, who is 6’1”, to shower. One unique feature was the old-fashioned, heavy room key. Be sure not to lose it, as the hotel charges €300 for a replacement! Overall, these are a few things worth noting for future guests, and improving the bathroom comfort would make the stay more enjoyable.
