"The place is just a bit dated. Air units are very noisy even when off. TVs turn on and off randomly in the night (haunted or electrical issue?) and staff called us at 9:30 p.m. one evening to see if we needed anything? Really strange. Hot tub isn’t very hot. Gym appears abandoned. Otherwise our stay was pleasant enough. Don’t eat at the restaurant…. "

"We stayed in a three bedroom cabin for two nights May 9-10 so it was not busy season yet. The grounds were mowed and in good repair. The exterior and interior of the cabins are showing their age but everything worked and was fine for us. We cooked a full breakfast every morning and enjoyed long walks along the lake. Glad we stayed here over a traditional hotel. I would stay again. "

"This was a perfect stay for our family. It was so nice to have space to spread out and relax, and the location is so convenient! The bar across the street is a bit noisy, but it's not a dealbreaker!! Overall clean, spacious, well-equipped! "

"Yes, there were games, toys in playroom, and a real cow. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. The host was very responsive when we had a question and even provided a special pan needed for Sat brunch. "

"The space was very nice for visiting, the kitchen was well equipped except can opener should be trashed and new one gotten. Home was clean and very bright - so many windows. Beds/sleeping was not what was posted on VRBO. Not cleaning the sidewalks and driveway in a timely manner after the snow and leaving us a grain shovel to scoop with was not ideal for anyone. We also had to fix the fireplace ourselves as your repair person could not come until 3 days after check-in. I would say the home is a better summer stay. Oh and we only had 2 rolls TP in 2 bathrooms and one roll in the other - so we bought TP."
