"When we arrived at the hotel, Manager told us they are full. They sent us to another hotel with bad condition. It was really late late and we were really tired. We had no resource but to accept the condition. Room was quiet though. And breakfast was OK. "

"Bad experience Overall a quite negative experience. We booked a twin room, we got a double. When we pointed it out, they gave us the only free twin room, which had no heating. They at least gave us an electric heater. Half the outlets don’t work well. The reception lady tells us breakfast is from 10 to 11 (?). I repeat the schedule to her to make sure she didn’t make a mistake. She confirms. Next day: we go there at 10, it’s over. Turns out it’s from 8 to 10… There’s a leak in the bidet. We tell them in the morning before heading out. They tell us they’ll sort it out immediately. We come back in the evening: nothing’s fixed. I ask the same guy that told me he’d fix it: he tells me “go to reception” (?). I go: they tell me they’ll be right there. They don’t come the whole night. Next day, we complain once more, they come have a look, then they say they’ll fix it. The bidet is still leaking at the time of checkout. Good luck for the next occupants of that room. The room is so far from the others that the Internet is basically unusable. You’re better off using an e-sim or buy a SIM card if you want minimum internet access... or hang out outside your room. Do not expect any house keeping, even if you’re staying more than five days. We had to complain to at least get our towels and a rag that was supposed to be our covers changed."

"Based on the special rate we had for the room, it represented good value but I wouldn’t pay the normal prices. The hotel overall was ok but closer to a 3* rather than 4*. All of the staff were fine but I didn’t find them especially friendly as a lot of the other reviews state Cleanliness was really good and housekeeping obviously do a really thorough job. The hotel overall is looking a bit dated now. Our sofa was really shabby with lots of wear and tear along with stains. Biggest disappointment was probably breakfast which was well below the standard of other movenpick hotels I’ve stayed in. If the rate shown is at the lower end of the average cost for the room I’d probably recommend staying here"

"Excellent location with very good amenities including a nice Spa, friendly and professional service. There was a misunderstanding about my wife's spa time, but the lobby manager handled it nicely. Thanks for a memorable stay!"
