Check-in was swift and seamless, offering helpful local tips and a sincere smile that made me feel instantly at home. 🍽️ Breakfast was equally impressive, served at your room, it was just fabulous. 🛏️ Room & Amenities The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculately clean. Every detail reflected thoughtful design and care. Room service was prompt and courteous, and the staff were knowledgeable and kind, making our trip in Milano as unique experience. 💬 Final Thoughts In a world where luxury often feels impersonal, this hotel stands out for its heart. Staff was excellent as was the location. Room was large. I stayed on the 5th floor which was noisy at night as it is where the access to the rooftop patio was. It was noisy with people in the hallway waiting for the elevator and those on the roof.

The room was very clean.

The room was missing a kettle and tea. Also some of the plugs were coming off the wall. The walls are soo thin that you can hear your neighbours every time they talk
