O serviço de quarto poderia ser melhor, o café da manhã poderia melhorar um pouco e principalmente a piscina que é um item excencial na divulgação do hotel e não pode ter a água tratada na quarta e quinta pré carnaval, geralmente isso se faz às segundas.

Boa estadia, sossego e tranquilidade.

Minha estadia foi boa. Para maior comodidade seria interessante ter um interruptor de luz perto da cama e uma tomada ou conversor de tomada para aparelhos 110 volts. O fluxo da água do chuveiro pode ser aumentando. Mas, a limpeza do quarto é boa. O café é bom e os apoios da cozinha estão pronto a atender nossas necessidades. O pessoal da recepção são acolhedores. Me auxiliaram muito quanto ao acesso e conhecimento a cidade de Fortaleza. Retornaria sempre.

Justo e razoável

Fico no San Phillip muitas vezes. Localização excelente. Profissionais muito atenciosos e bom café. Como feedback da última estadia, fiquei no quarto 404, a televisão está com uma mancha. O lençol interno estava com uma mancha também. O trinco da porta estava um pouquinho solto. O chuveiro achei com pouca pressão. No mais, tudo tranquilo.

Um Hotel justo pelo preço cobrado. Ótimo café da manhã. Entretanto, a internet é ruim não possibilitando nem reunião de vídeo e o apartamento velho não se parecendo muito com a foto que ilustrava, inclusive a mesa para trabalho improvisada com um compensado. Mas gostei e ficaria novamente.

Segurança leva perigo a hóspedes do hotel

Minha estadia foi ótima porém na véspera do meu chek out houve uma situação super desagradável na portaria . O segurança do hotel q estava armado começou a gritar na recepção , chamar palavrão e seu várias batidas na porta de vidro em frente ao hotel. Um verdadeiro perigo pois o homem estava completamente desequilibrado e portava uma arma levando risco p todos . Fiquei com medo e bastante assustada. Solicito providências pois isso é inadmissível.

Ar condicionado não esfria

O quarto era bom, com camas confortáveis, mas o ar condicionado era péssimo, como só pegamos o quarto para dormir, foi algo que atrapalhou muito, o quarto ficou muito quente, abafado e quase não dormimos, preferia um ventilador no caso, teria sido melhor. Tirando isso o hotel é agradável, o café da manhã bom e uma boa internet.
