気になった点 : コミュニケーション
The pictures are accurate, the house has been recently updated and was clean and new on arrival. There's also room for 2 small / mid-sized cars on the driveway.We experienced major issues with the plumbing. The only toilet was backed up when we arrived and the only shower drained extremely slowly. We noticed water coming up through the flooring in the bedroom, so aborted our stay after 24 hours. I'll refrain from emotion and stick to observations to describe the area. On the way to the house, about 2 minutes out, we passed a group of 4 young males hanging around in the street, two of whom had firearms tucked into their shorts with the grips sticking out. My 15 year old son and I then visited the local 7-11 about a mile away, and were approached with an offer of services by a prostitute on the way from the car to the door. We politely declined. Oh, and there's an active rail track a few yards from the house. We'd have brushed this off had we not encountered the strong possibility of fecal waste entering the bedroom from below.We're still waiting for resolution on a refund for the plumbing issue. The owner of the property, the "management" company Evolve and VRBO are all involved. The owner texted to ask if they could go into the house just after we left to deal with the flooding, and we're still being asked for "proof".
