The property was suppose to have transportation to the AT&T STADIUM but the trolly decided not to cover that event. Had no idea that the transportation could decide which events they would do. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Only issue i had was a pair of dirty socks behind the towels in the restroom, which proves the towels were not changed out and that area wasnt cleaned. But that is whoever cleaned that room's fault, and not the rest of the staff but other than than that its was good stay

The staff was extremely friendly/ the overwhelming cleaning smell chemical was unberable. As though they are hiding a mild problem.

Clean and comfortable room with fresh sheets and a well-maintained closet stocked with ample hangers. The workspace is pleasant, and the inclusion of a microwave and utensils adds convenience. All this comes at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for my husband and I. Staff was very friendly, bed was comfy, close to everything we needed. Loved having a mini kitchen available. Would definitely stay again as well as recommend It to family and friends.

I like a little kitchen in the room.
I did not like the check in time 4:00 Pm instead of standard
check in time 3:00 pm at the hotels the other thing I did not like was the Parking charges.

We had no problems with our stay for the Heart of Texas basketball tournament. Front staff was nice. The only thing that bothered me was paying for parking, that’s a bit ridiculous especially if you’re already paying to stay there. All and all I’d stay again.

First off the whole hotel smelled like marijuana. Then the room smelled like something I never smelled. It did not look like the pictures on the website. I should have looked at Google first before I booked. Then there were some Mexicans in the parking lot hanging out all night playing music and fixing on cars. The bed was as hard as a brick. The toilet was even running all night until my husband fixed it. I would not stay here EVER again. The place was just a walking grunge fest.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a super convenient free trolley service to the ballpark (and maybe other places). Only thing that detracted was a fairly strong smelling cleaning product.

Not sure why they gotta give tourists a hard time, when everything has been prepaid for. Id suggest better training for front desk. They need to learn how to properly greet customers

Everything was very good at this hotel for our two night stay. The best thing of all was front desk supervisor Carla, who elevated our stay from four star to five star. She really is the superstar of the hotel and we would come back specifically for her.

They were doing work on the hallway where the room was and they had the Clear Vinyl/plastic on the floor
