"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. On the first night, we discovered roaches in our room and had to request a room change. There were also dead roaches at the hotel entrance throughout our stay, and the area never appeared to be cleaned.
The breakfast was mediocre and offered very little variety, with the same limited options available each morning. The shower in our room was also poorly maintained, as the shower head sprayed water outside the shower, causing water to accumulate on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the conditioner dispenser was empty, which was an inconvenience.
While the staff accommodated our room change, the overall cleanliness, maintenance issues, and poor breakfast made for a less-than-satisfactory experience. Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again."
