I am sharing this rating because our flights were cancelled and rebooked 4 times, and though Expedia tried and I tried directly with the hotel, management would not bypass their cancellation policy though we contacted them days in advance, and therefore the room was paid for but we never made it there due to all the storms in the Southwest. That lack of compassion from management was disappointing.
