Perfect place for a slice of serenity

My stay at this Nautilus condo was perfection! Comfortable beds, spacious enough for the entire family of 5, and the view is top tier. I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony each morning while viewing the beach and water. Communication was fantastic and their maintenance was able to quickly assist with a couple questions upon check-in. My family would not hesitate to stay here again.

weekend get away

beautiful views of gulf from balcony. well equipped kitchen and tasteful decor. mattresses in both bedrooms could be updated. overall a pleasant place to stay.

Beachy and So Much More!!!

My family and I were completely satisfied and impressed with the beauty of the condo. The beach view was breathtaking and very much enjoyed by all. The condo was extremely nice, very clean, easily accessible and everyone we had contact with was professional, friendly and very helpful. We would love to stay eat Just Beachy @ Nautilus again in the future. Thank you all for making our visit one to remember.

Nice stay

Overall the stay was wonderful! I gave 4 starts instead of 5 because of a couple things that really matter to guest and should be considered for change! For one, I've NEVER been denied early check-ins or late check out whether its 1hr or 4 hrs. Instead they recommend you book an extra day if you want early or late check-in/out. Secondly, some of the washcloths had prominent stains on them (just throw them away/replace them). Other than that it was a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front view. I'd definitely stay again and recommend if they made those minor changes.

Great location

We come every year for my husbands work/ vacation. We have stayed at several places. The location to parking, beach, pool, elevator are seriously the best. Will definitely will stay there again. If there is anything I would request is salt and pepper at least in the kitchen. There were shakers but nothing in them.

True to pictures - clean, good location, decorated nice.. Right on the beach and not too crowded. Condo doesn’t have a lot except bare minimum which was all we needed. Beach service not included which would have been nice.

Great stay

We were very happy with our stay. Everything we needed in the kitchen to make Thanksgiving dinner for our grandson and his 4 airman friends. Loved the view and had a great time. We wanted to stay an extra night but had no way to get in touch with anyone. However, it was Thanksgiving weekend.

Beautiful condo, easy access to beach. Balcony was very roomy. Chairs on balcony were very low & no table on balcony only limitations. Very clean. Friendly staff at check in.

Very nice condo and location

Truly only one thing kept this from being a 5 star stay and that is the master bedroom mattress- it really needs to be replaced. Other than that, this condo is beautiful and clean and has a fantastic view. So easy to get to the beach and a convenience store next door makes ice and drinks for the beach a breeze!

The BEST Girls trip, just a couple of things…

Overall this is a FANTASTIC rental and HIGHLY RECOMMEND: Great views, great location, great bath amenities, lovely furnishings, comfy beds, BUT the Dishwasher needs to be replaced. It was hard to roll out… we thought we would break it trying to put dishes in! We VRBO quite frequently and are accustomed to more amenities: we only had 2 rolls TP for 4 people for 4 days, and 2 trash bags. Once again, just a small thing, but there was no dish soap to clean as you go either. All of the staff was friendly and welcoming, and all of the guests seemed to love the location as well. We will definitely be back!

Our new vacation spot has been found!

The condo was exactly as described, absolutely beautifully with a wonderfully stocked kitchen! The only issue was there were a lot of dirty dishes in the cabinets. I am guessing people were just running the dishwasher and not checking to make sure dishes were actually clean before putting away. Other than that no complaints at all! Absolutely loved the condo and the process was very easy. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. I am not complaining at all about the dishes just wanted you to know, as a condo owner myself I like to know these things too.

Great Place to Stay

The condo was very clean and comfortable, everything worked, and the view of the beach was good. All the necessities were in adequate supply. The location on the floor was right near the elevator. Check in was easy. The only problem we faced had nothing to do with the owners. The facility was doing remodeling of some of the units. Quiet hours are in their posted rules as 10pm-9am. We could hear loud, annoying power tools between 8am-8:30am every morning as we walked to the beach and while on the beach. Out stay was in the middle of May when vacations are starting to pick up. We thought it would make more since to have the remodeling done in the winter when visitor stays are less frequent. Also, the facility didn't observe its own quiet time rules. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental.

The Perfect Place

Just Beachy was just perfect! The condo was very clean with lovely upgraded bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and beautiful beach views from our balcony. We will definitely be back and will choose this condo again!
