この9階のユニットは、メキシコ湾のパノラマの景色を望む湾前のコンドミニアムです。 9階からの素晴らしい景色！ 美しい白い砂浜とバルコニーで息をのむような夕日をお楽しみください。 真新しい家具、マットレス、寝具で装飾されたこのコンドミニアム。

キッチンには、新しい花崗岩のカウンタートップ、ステンレス製の電化製品、新しいキューリグコーヒーマシンがあります。 照明は素晴らしいです！ ダイニングルームのテーブルは3席あり、3席の朝食バーでキッチンから分離されています。

2016年にケーブルテレビ付きの二段ベッドに新しく設置されました！ リビングエリアでの素敵なクラウンモールディング!!

リビングエリアには、DVD付きの新しい40インチのフラットパネルテレビとクイーンサイズのソファーベッドがあります！

the property was pretty much as to be expected. the rating would’ve been a 5 if the bed had not been so uncomfortably firm. night 1 we made due, by night 3 we were groaning about having to go to bed due to the firmness. there were plenty of kitchen items that allowed us to primarily use it as our source of meals for our week stay. prepare to purchase every seasoning and condiment needed. we travel both within the US and internationally including uk/europe/middle east/central america, nearly all 50 states etc. so we have stayed in our fair share of variety of places. with that i will say, i’m sure there are plenty of rowdy people that stay at these properties, but it felt at times like we were preemptively being scolded by our parents like teenagers. there are a lot of rules that are communicated very directly, loudly. again, not a problem for us since we are just a couple in our thirties getting away for a weekend… but the delivery for us seemed a bit intense at times. the living room could’ve used with an extra throw blanket and a game or 2. but the beach supplies were through! the view is beautiful, we were even graced with a pod of dolphins swimming by one morning. you are stocked with the bare minimum supplies, and like most other rental properties there are no housekeeping benefits. overall, 4/5. communicative host, very formal/corporate communication. it’s like a hotel stay but without the benefits of a room turn, spare towels/refresh on toiletries.

The condo was perfect for the two of us. Well stocked and the king size bed in the bedroom was so comfy you easily fell asleep. The view from the balcony was spectacular. So many different types of pools to choose from and all were kept clean. Our host/owner kept us well apprised of all information we needed for a great stay. Central location to everything you need. Restaurants, gift shops, gas stations, grocery stores and much more.

Location and condo great. View amazing. Only good rating on the master bedroom mattress could use and upgrade and squeaks. I’m older a week on a poor mattress regardless of location is tough.

The Condo was just exactly as listed. Very nice & clean . Location was perfect for doing all the things . We enjoyed our stay . Just a few things that were not great, but definitely not a deal breaker of choosing this location again. The dryer on our floor was not working & I had to take laundry up two floors to be sure they got dry. Parking was a hassle, bc there is not assigned parking. I was sad to not be able to put my chair in the edge of the ocean to watch my girls play. We did rent chairs & a tent from the company, but we had to be 3 rows back even renting for the week, at the first of the week. This made it hard to see my girls from our seats. Personal chairs are not allowed in front of rental chair area. Overall it was a great condo, pools were great, hot tub was great.

Vacation with ease!

We really loved this condo, it was close to everything needed in Destin. We loved the easy beach access of getting up everything day and just heading down stairs with the ease of the beach equipment in the condo no need to rent. Was a great space and would book again.

April School Vacation

Amazing views- perfect size condo to spread out (we’re a family of 4). Check in/check out was simple and efficient. A lot of restaurants are walking distance or a 10 Uber/Lyft.Walked to Publix/Winn-Dixie for groceries/adult beverages for the week- Uber home. Beach is amazing-pool was also amazing. Rental came with 2 chairs,cooler and umbrella. Great family environment! Coffee at sunrise on the Adirondack chairs. Went to sleep a few nights to the sound of the Gulf!We’ll be back next year!

Perfect location!

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and very well equipped... and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities offered are all anyone could ask for, and the water is the prettiest I've ever seen! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a very relaxing week here, and would definitely stay again! Thank you to the owners for such a lovely experience.
