The condo was very nice. We had a little bit of an issue with the keypad on the door, but the owner contacted us back very quickly and rectify the situation on the spot. The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The view from the patio was great. The beach toys and cooler that were there were a great addition that prevented us from having to bring our own they had beach towels and bath towels, which made it easy to transition from travel to the beach or pool. The hot tub did have a weird odor to it. Not sure what that was, but the rest of the location was great. On-site parking was good. The people were friendly and there were plenty of places to eat around the location.

This home has everything!! We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave!! The Condo has beach toys, chairs, a wagon, even a cooler!!! A short walk to the beautiful sandy beaches, beautiful pool area, with grills. If you want to cook there are plenty of pots and pans. Everything that you need! 100% would stay again!!!

We loved it. House was clean, there were extra air mattresses, wagon for the kids to go the beach, every kind of dish you would need. Kitchen had a limited supply of everything. Very spacious.

Our condo was clean and and exactly as described! The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The beach was groomed making it easy to pull a wagon full of beach gear and access was easy! Would stay here again!

The Condo was very clean, easy to get to from the airport. The beach was beautiful with dolphin sightings everyday! Will absolutely refer to friends!

Great place to stay

This trip we stayed at three different places from Tennessee to Florida and this was far and above the nicest and cleanest place we stayed.The was more than enough room for 4 adults a teen and two kids under 5. The unit was clean, well stocked and exactly as advertised. I have family in Ft Myers so I’m here at least once a year and I would recommend this place to anyone.This will be the only place I stay from here on out.

We have been taking an annual trip to different Florida locations since 2013. This was the nicest place we have ever stayed at. The beaches were beautiful and there were only a few people on them so we felt like we had a private beach. The pool was awesome as well. The condo itself was beyond perfect!!!!

Spring Break

We had a fantastic time staying at this property and the owner was absolutely fantastic! She was very prompt with replies to our questions and make sure we were comfortable for the week. Could not ask for a better week away with family… Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Spring break vacation

What a wonderful find in FMB! Right on the beach with a pool too. Great location and property. Spacious clean condo. Would definitely stay here again. Check out the farmers market on Tuesday and Thursday!

Great to see FMB again!

We had a wonderful week! Even tho the unit we reserved became unavailable, our hostess found us one in the building and went above and beyond getting all we needed for our week with our kids and grandkids! The beach has a long way to go but we supported many restaurants and enjoyed the beach, sunsets and time back to our “happy place” that we have been visiting for 40 years! Thanks for the beautiful accommodations. Only drawbacks were some construction on site, no seeums were bad and the moat of water between the condo and beach was yucky to walk through! Once again, all products of the hurricane and did not affect our time!

Great stay in Ft. Myers

The condo was perfect for our 3 couples. The beach was beautiful, clean, quiet and wide. The host was easy to communicate with and helpful. The only minor thing we’d change would be that the hot tube closes at sunset.

Right on the beach!

This condo has a very nice pool area and you can walk right out to the beach! Very kind owner that responds quickly to all messages. She provides extremely specific information that was very helpful.

Spring Break week away

We enjoyed our time in Fort Myers Beach! The unit had everything we needed and extra personal touches to make our stay more fun. The beach is wonderful - we stayed in April 2024 and it was still pretty quiet and less crowded due to not as much being reopened on this end of the beach, which was just fine for us! It's an easy bus ride down to the other end of the area for shops and food but we mostly enjoyed just being able to walk down the path to the sand and water.
