「Had a really nice stay. Good communication with the owners upon check in. The house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient location to stores and Ark Encounter. 」

「This property is rural which means it's quiet, but within driving distance of local eateries, groceries, and activities. Some activities we drove 45 minutes for, but it was worth it and we didn't mind. We chose that. The Cabin was a clean, quiet place for our family and gave us the option to cook for ourselves. If we get to visit again, we'll definitely be staying here. 」

「I have mixed views on this location. First and foremost, there was an enormous safety hazard at the top of the stairs with the rubber mat, I am not sure how it was missed. It's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or fatally injured, if not addressed. Secondly, the blinds at the front door needs to be replaced. 「The amenities would have been rated much higher if the accommodations were clean. The linens and beds were clean, but overall the place needs a good deep cleaning. The kitchen was very dirty, and I am glad that we had not planned to use the kitchen for anything but a light breakfast.
