Surrounded by old trees and flocks of green parrots flying overhead in the mornings.

The apartment is in the back of the house. The entrance is on the left gate. Unit no 2. Neighborhood is very quite and safe. Backyard/laundry shared.
Garbage cans are outside on the left. Green container is for regular trash blue is for recycling.

Luz was very welcoming, and her place was well furnished with everything I needed for my five-week stay. The neighborhood felt safe, and she was always responsive and accommodating whenever I reached out. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the location was convenient for getting around and close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our needs!

We needed a place to land while we attended a local concert. This was perfect! Able to sleep in, cook breakfast and get ready for our day. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Shower was amazing! My only recommendation— a small bench in the shower for us who have bad backs! Decor is calming and well done. Backyard is lovely and peaceful too. Great place. Would stay again.

Book with caution!

Our stay began badly before we even started traveling. Two days before our scheduled arrival on New Years Eve, the host called us to say that she had double booked the space we'd rented more than a month before. When we asked her to cancel the reservation, she discouraged us from doing so and instead offered us in a much smaller studio next door that was clearly her own living space not set up to be rented, and in addition offered a discount for the troubles (that she did not honor). When we arrived, the space was literally a very small studio room much smaller than what we booked, with a pull-out bed topped with mattresses pads less than a few inches thick. The space was hardly big enough for two people not to mention our luggage. The space was also infested with cockroaches. In the end, she refused to honor the discount that she offered and threatened to charge us for a broken door closer which jammed while we were there keeping the door from closing completely; the door was already missing a deadbolt lock (only a doorknob lock for this studio) and instead was just a big hole covered with clear packing tape that you can see right through. Luckily, we mostly spent time there to rest between activities. If she had honored the discount and not threatened to charge us for her cheap, broken equipment, we might have let this go. I would not deal with this person again and don't recommend you do either.

Absolutely great

Absolutely great. Property was very clean beds were comfortable beautiful outside patio area to sit in a private backyard. Our host with some lovely person. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again
