This was a great experience staying at the Tiffany House and working with Newman Hospitality! Check in was a breeze and everything was perfect!! We love this location as you are so close to everything plus the water taxi is close and you can get a ride from the circuit. Having two pools was great also! We highly recommended.

We stayed at this ideally situated, perfect condo while visiting our new granddaughter. The property and location could not have been better. Great amenities and appliances, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and two very large tvs made the condo a fabulous place to stay. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place. The location is excellent. Far enough away from the noise and crowds, and only a short walk to the beach. The unit is beautiful and well kept. It is equipped with all the items you need for the beach, so no need hauling in beach chairs, umbrella etc. The pool on the 8th floor is beautiful with great views and a bar for drinks and snacks. I'm thankful for my amazing getaway and would definitely return!

Overall we were very pleased with the accommodations. The location was ideal and the condo itself had all that was needed to be comfortable. Going out to eat daily can be costly so it was nice to be able to make and have meals at home. We would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay. This was our second visit to Tiffany House. There is always someone to greet you at the front desk and the residents are very friendly. The elevator is efficient and requires a key fob to activate. Well equipped kitchen and the grocery store is 1.5 miles away if you want to prepare your own meals or multiple restaurants nearby if you don't. There are two pools on property. One pool you can bring your own drinks and there is a grill. The rooftop pool has amazing views of the river and a full service bar. The unit had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler so you can save at least $40 in resort/chair rental fees. Looking forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay at this Ft. Lauderdale beach jewel. This property was luxurious yet cozy. Communication with the property managers was easy, and responses were friendly and quick. Facility staff were superb, very helpful and polite. Highly recommend.

The condo was very clean & nicely decorated. The balcony was city view with a few spots of the ocean & inter coastal. Location is great…2 blocks from beach & many restaurants, but quiet & reduced traffic. We felt very safe both in the building & neighborhood. There were two pools….4th & 8th floors….4th was quiet & relaxing, 8th had music, bar & food…both with views of inter coastal. Good communication with property management as we had minor issues at check-in and with internet. Ice is not available in building & melts before return from shopping—ice maker or ice cube trays would be great! Definitely recommend!

This building, the people and the location are first class, customer service focused, refreshing, modern.... and easy. Andy, the manager, was on target, responsive and a clear communicator. The unit was comfortable, well-equipped and well-cared for. This property made a wonderful time - and so close to the beach - into a big wish that I could stay longer! I will return. Exceptional!

Very clean and modern apartment.Close to the beach and nice views. Only one small thing. Construction site nearby.But not disturbing at all.Vally parking was free,but they gonna start changing 25$per day.Definately will be back.
