Welcome to Unit B — the bolder half of one of Wilton Manors’ most talked-about properties. If you’ve scrolled past a hundred South Florida rentals that all look the same, this is the one that made you stop.

The backyard alone is worth the trip. A freeform pool with a natural rock waterfall cascading into the water, LED lighting that shifts from blue to green after dark, a tiki lounge tucked in the corner, and string lights strung the full length of the fence.

Inside the Home
The design inside is just as intentional. Black leather sectional, cognac bouclé barrel chairs, a marble dining table that seats 8, gold accents throughout, and some genuinely bold art — tiger, lion, and leopard portraits in vivid color that guests either love immediately or grow to love by the end of day one. It photographs beautifully and it feels even better in person.

The kitchen is fully renovated and actually stocked — white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, induction cooktop, full-size fridge, a proper knife block, coffee maker, and kettle. The dining table seats the whole group comfortably. In-unit washer and dryer means you can pack lighter and stay longer.

The Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have king beds — the primary has a black upholstered headboard, ceiling fan, and a mounted Smart TV, and the second bedroom is bright and naturally lit with its own workspace desk and ergonomic chair, which is genuinely useful if anyone in your group is mixing work and travel. We can also set up an air mattress for two additional guests if needed — just ask when you book.

The Bathroom
Fully renovated with bold black-and-white starburst floor tile, subway tile walls, and a glass walk-in shower with a matte black showerhead. It’s the kind of bathroom that gets compliments.

The Pool
The rock waterfall pool is the centerpiece of the whole property and the reason most guests choose this unit over anything else at this price in Wilton Manors. It’s a large freeform pool with natural rock feature on the side, LED lighting that changes at night, and a tiki lounge area with an outdoor bar and rattan seating alongside it. There are sun loungers, string lights overhead, and enough space that it genuinely feels private and resort-like even though you’re in the middle of a neighborhood.

One thing to know: the pool is shared between Unit A and Unit B — we have two units on the same property and both have full access to the outdoor space. It’s a relaxed setup that works well and guests from both sides tend to keep to themselves, but it’s worth knowing before you arrive.

🌡️ Pool heating is available November through March — just let us know at least 48 hours before check-in. From late spring through fall the water runs naturally warm, usually 82–86°F, so no heating needed nor provided.

The Neighborhood
Wilton Manors has a character you don’t find in a lot of South Florida rental markets. It’s walkable, genuinely local, LGBTQ+-welcoming, and has a lively dining and bar scene along Wilton Drive that’s five minutes from your front door. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you stumble into a great restaurant without planning to. Fort Lauderdale Beach is about 10 minutes away. Las Olas is 10 minutes in the other direction. You’re close to everything without being in the middle of the noise.

Traveling with a Pet?
You`re welcome to bring them along — we love that you want to travel with them. There`s a one-time fee of $75 per pet that gets sorted before check-in. It helps us prepare the home properly for your arrival and keep everything in great shape for the guests who come after you. Just mention it when you book and we`ll take care of the rest. What can you expect from us?

1. You’ll enjoy a clean, tastefully decorated home that looks just like the photos.

2. The property is fully equipped to anticipate your needs, so no late‑night store runs are necessary. If something essential is missing, we kindly request to let us know and we’ll be happy to take care of it.

3. Our team is genuine, responsive, and committed to your comfort. We’re available from 8 AM to 8 PM, seven days a week. While appliances are maintained regularly, we understand that unexpected issues can happen. If so, just give us a call and we’ll be happy to help as soon as possible.

4. Our goal at Tilah Stays, is to help create memorable experiences. Ask us about car rentals, birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette decorations, and more. We’d love to make your stay extra special.

5. For birthday set‑ups, bachelor/bachelorette, or special decorations, to ensure we can prepare everything smoothly, we kindly ask that you share any special requests at least 24 hours prior to your check‑in time. This allows our team to arrange the details promptly and have everything ready to welcome you.

What is expected of you?

More than just a property, this is a home that’s very dear to us, and we love sharing it with you! In order to have a wonderful stay and avoid any hiccups, we’ve set a few friendly guidelines. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them carefully and confirm that you’ve understood. Think of it as our way of keeping the good times rolling.

1. We kindly ask to please respect the neighborhood. Our homes are located in residential areas, and neighbors may not be on vacation. Keep noise to a minimum both indoors and outdoors, and please note that quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM.

2. Please help us maintain the property by treating it respectfully and keeping it in great condition during your stay. We understand that accidents happen, but we ask that you let us know so we can replace items in time for the next guest.

3. Important Pool Notice:

Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, perfect for enjoying a refreshing swim during the day.

Proper swimming attire is strictly required at all times within the pool area.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, dogs are not allowed in the pool. Please note that a $250 fee applies if this rule is not respected.

The pool is a shared family space, and children may be present during your stay. For everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that glass bottles and cups are not used in or around the pool area.

After enjoying the pool, please take a moment to tidy up so the area stays pleasant for all guests. Let’s care for the pool area as if it were our own home.

4. Check‑in and check‑out at the agreed times. We operate on a tight schedule, with new guests often arriving the same day you depart. Lawn maintenance and cleaning services are also on a set schedule and needed to keep the property in great condition. Please be aware that these services cannot be rescheduled.
