Very large rooms and immaculately clean. My only issue was the noise, especially from motorcycles racing up and down the street. There’s also the conversations outside your door. Having chairs out there does not help this at all. I also observed the staff: manager and maintenance people yelling back and forth….not very restful on one’s vacation. Seemingly oblivious to the fact that someone is paying to stay there!

Great property in a quieter area steps from the beach and 10 minute walk to restaurants/nightlife. Rooms are large and have full kitchens, so you can store and prepare food there.

Unit we had was slightly dated ie chipped furniture, overworn couch and recliner chair felt like it would fall over if you reclined, but none of that would be a deal breaker because you could tell all the staff worked like a well oiled machine ie.. clean rooms, top notch front desk service. Everyone worked to make your stay there as good as possible. A Property is one block from the beach but at this end of the beach there are rock piles every 75ft and it's a narrow stretch of beach, walk 3 blocks toward pier and perfect beaches. Good local pubs and date night beach front restaurants. Walmart and grocery stores 10 min drive but not much good shopping opportunities very close. The area around the property was ok,, the property next door had some love drama that ended up having cops show up and young guy working on car changing rims and setting up car alarm at 10:30pm, but seemed like an overall safe area. B

We stayed in a great room with a living room, bedroom and kitchen. Everything was very clean. Check in was easy. The beach is a block away. The pool was kept clean. They provide you with beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella -invaluable. Only negative, the water never really gets cold but we just bough huge bottles of water and kept them in the fridge - there is ice also. For any shopping needs, you need a car.

Ms. Debbie keeps this place in great condition! Our villa was extremely clean and efficient for our 5 day stay! Close and walkable to beach, shops, and restaurants!!! We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Deerfield! Ms. Debbie is all about her business, so if she comes across a little too forward, just remember what it takes to run a tight ship and keep it that way! This place gets 5 ⭐️. I can't brag enough about the cleanliness of the rooms!!! We will be back!!

Debbie the property manager was great. The room was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you needed. We could see the ocean from our room. The pool was nice. They had nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs you could borrow for the beach. Everything was perfect.

Lovely little place, really clean, easy access to Beach with added bonus of lending chairs. We enjoyed a pleasant stroll (approx half mile) to a number of restaurants and bars.

Very comfortable apartment like rooms. The pool looked nice (I didn't use). The only issue is that if you arrive after 5 p.m. there's nobody to check you in, but it was not a problem. Let them know you'll be arriving late and you'll be provided with a code to open the lock box on the door of your apartment which has a key inside for you to let yourself in. It worked out just fine. A bit of traffic noise on A1A which is out front, but it's only a problem if you really are sensitive to noise. Otherwise this place is very nice at a relatively affordable price (in March no hotels in this part of Florida are what I would call "affordable"). If I come to this area again I'd certainly plan to stay here again.
