Private 2Br/2Bath Suite on the 6th Floor. Gorgeous Views, New and upgraded furnishings and carpeting throughout; new flat screen Tv's! Full access to all hotel amenities including resort pool and residential pool. Kitchens include sleek Italian cabinetry, polished stone counter tops and top of the line Kitchen Aid appliances. Baths are elegant with designer stone vanity tops, shower and tub walls and floors. Master Baths include Kohler whirlpool spa tubs and separate showers.

We require our guests to take out an additional insurance policy. The cost is $19 per night.

All guests are required by the hotel to pay a mandatory amenity fee of $35 (exclusive of tax) per unit per day throughout the duration of your stay and shall be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in. The fee is non-negotiable and regulated by the hotel. If you have a car: Parking (1 car through valet) is $42 (exclusive of tax & subject to change) per night

Great place
Place is great. ( a little space in the kitchen ) but great place. The hotel experienced issues with the elevators for 3 days and no tv for 3 days. That was the unfortunate part of our stay.

Management was very responsive when I had some requests, like adding a day and checking out late. Nice square footage in the property, full kitchen. Clean apartment.

Stayed for two weeks
The unit was lacking kitchen equipment. The management, located in NY, did provide a tea kettle on request. The apartment faces north and gets little natural light. At our request the manager provided a standing lamp for the living room which, when we arrived, lacked either ceiling lights or lamps. The terrace got no sun, had no water view and was unusable because of construction noise. Shoshana, who is in charge of cleaning the unit, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The unit is probably more appropriate for short stays by guests not looking for a home away from home. We were and were disappointed.

Great resort location and unit layout
I have stayed at this property before and in a same layout unit before however on a higher floor. There is no view of the ocean from this unit, although it was as expected. One of the main reasons staying at this property was for their nice main pool facilities however it was closed and under renovation currently. I would have opted to stay somewhere else considering if I had known because we had planned to use the pool facilities daily from past experiences.

Good location
Great location. Room was clean but there were no kitchen utensils. Coffee maker with no coffee cups , no plates. Just odd. If arriving a few hours earlier at check in and room is ready they want to charge you $40 and hour to get into your room.

We had a great vacation. The property was as described in the listing. We’ve stayed at the W in the past and we love the location. Property owner/manager was responsive when needed. We would book again.

Spring break rental
This was a nice property centrally located. It would have been nice to have additional kitchen items for any cooking of meals being done in the unit. Sleeping 6 is 2 on the pull out couch.
