Summer vacation with family and friends.
I like the property initially but then I started seeing some issues with the property.
There are 2 AC unit in this property, one used for all the rooms and the other used for common areas, the second one was working perfectly but the one that chill the rooms wasn’t working, I have to call and send multiple text messages to the host, and the property manager And finally after 4 hours the technician came to fix it.
Also I see the pool was not clean, I think if you are saying pool as an amenity in the description, then it should be cleaned.
I also faced the issue with the door lock. You have to enter the code to enter the house, but sometime that lock sticks and didn’t work properly, one day after returning from key west at around 10 in night, we were unable to open the gate, and we all were locked out.
I know that was quite late, but we had no choice other than calling the host, I tried calling and texting the host and property manager multiple times, it no one responds, finally after struggling for couple of hours we were able to open the door.
Also in the listing it’s not quite clear about the bedrooms and washrooms, one washroom is Al the way on the other side of the room, which is not bad but good if you mention it in your listing.
That was quite scary experience for us but then we never had this issue again during our stay.
But other than these issues, the property is good and the location is great.
