"We had a nice relaxing stay. There is a beach 5 miles away and a pool right outside your door. The host had great communication, checked in to make sure everything was ok and provided recommendations of places to eat. This place is just far enough away that you don’t have to hear traffic but close enough if you need to run into town for groceries or go out to eat. Great place and great price! "

"The property was immaculate, and I was amazed how well stocked it was. It had absolutely everything you could need. The kayaks were great, life jackets provided. Highly recommend this house!"

"We stayed for 9 nights during our grandson’s spring break. We paid to stay an extra day because of check in at 4:00pm and check out at 10:00 am. The inside of the home was clean and thoughtfully set up for comfort with generous new linens, blankets and towels. The cabinets provided soaps, shampoos, spices, anything a traveler may have forgotten. There is a large washer & drier set that did a wonderful job keeping up with our beach towels and throws. We made good use of the new dock and boat lift. We paid to rent kayaks and kept them into the backyard. The neighborhood was noisy in the early morning hours due to construction work on homes damaged from recent storms. It was our first time visiting Crystal River. We paid for a fishing charter but caught no keeper fish due to a few days of poor weather. Our favorite days was when we took the kayaks to visit the springs and got to see manatees, even in March! All and all we had a nice time. "

Nature around is amazing...we had our kayak for swimming in ocean, Crystal River with manatees, monkey island.... "Still quite a bit of hurricane damage, but repairs are coming along. Pool was very nice and condo was immaculate. Didn’t have a corkscrew, but we bought one and left it for future renters. Second stay in the complex. Enjoy the solitude. "
