The mix of amenities and tranquil location were exactly what we needed during an 8 day stay. Thanks to Gina and Drew for being super responsive when we needed to make changes to our reservation; we left the tree farm feeling sure we’d be back for a future stay!

Overall good. Propane fire pit broken, Adirondack chair broken, game room tv didn’t work with xbox. Cabin sleeps 7, would be nice if the dining table had more than 4 chairs. Kitchen well stocked, cabin comfy and cozy.

If you're looking for a quiet, private & comfortable place, the Tree Farm offers everything you need to enjoy your stay. Plenty of parking for snowmobile trailers, a well stocked kitchen, pool table & a hot tub to relax in after a day of snowmobiling. A beautiful property !

Great place to regroup and recharge in beautiful setting no matter what the weather. This year was hotter that usual so we ended up playing some pool and reading inside a few days between visits with family.

The cabin is a perfectly fashioned and equipped. The property was beautifully covered in fresh snow. People in the area are very friendly and always helpful. We had a great day for the eclipse and enjoyed the local food. The hosts are absolutely premier and kept us informed as necessary. We would definitely book this property again.

This cabin was perfect for our annual snowmobile trip. Beds were great, place was clean, kitchen was well equipped and we really enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the wood stove was not usable, as we enjoy that at the end of the day but, it was plenty warm it out it. Hot tub was a bonus. We will definitely be back.

Three friends and I stayed at the cottage while playing in a golf tournament. We had a lot of fun, got a great use of the back porch and hot tub and the pool table downstairs. The kitchen is perfect, the great room is comfortable and relaxing. Really just an amazing place, I highly recommend it 👍👍🏌️‍♂️

The property was very nice and quiet. My only complaints was the big spot light shining in the master bedroom. The snowmobile trail is alomst 2 miles down a paved road . But other than that the place was very nice

Tree Farm provides the amazing combination of a beautifully appointed, well-equipped home, nestled in the privacy and serenity of a mature tree farm. Regardless of the season, weather conditions or your preference for indoor vs outdoor activities in the area, this property offers easy access to it all! Plus, Gena and Drew were very responsive to our requests for information and assistance.

This property lent itself as a wonderful option for two families to get away and enjoy the Hot Air Balloon Festival in Presque Isle. We stayed with 4 adults and 5 kids ranging in age from 15-4. Though we did not take part in all of the amenities provided, the description of the property was accurate. We were comfortable during our stay and the location was lovely for a getaway. The hosts were wonderful and responsive to any needs and concerns that arouse during our stay as well. Overall this was a fantastic option for us.

My husband and I took our two mothers (92 and 84), and oldest son to Maine in February in hopes to see the Northern lights. We did not get to see them. However, we enjoyed our time by driving around the town, having a fire pit outside, watching movies, playing games, eating, etc. This home was a great location, not too far from Fort Fairfield where we visited the Amish shop, and had a wonderful lunch at The Governors Restaurant. The winter wonderland was a very nice getaway from Sunny hot Florida. What can our title be? Grandma's du Maine

The home was amazing. We went up for a snowmobile trip and the only down side was it was a bit far to the trail and with no snow on the road it was hard to keep the snowmobiles from over heating. I noticed a hiking trail at the end of the driveway but with out permission I didn't venture down to see if it brought you around the lake to the trail system or not. Would love to rent again just need to either figure out if you are allowed to go down that hiking trail or if we should trailer down to the snowmobile trail about a mile away and then we just need a place to park. All in all we had a awesome stay. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, Mike Q

Unfortunately, property quality and experience decreases each visit. We love this home and location and had hoped a recent experience was not a pattern (property management, no plowing during our winter visit, vehicles had to push the snow and created terrible ruts), sadly we experienced similar and worse conditions our most recent trip. Most notably, the lawn was so long we could not enjoy without worry of ticks and went without water for over 48 hours. Our disappointment was elevated when the owners demonstrated little sense of urgency or gratitude after my company (uncles) completed the diagnostics to locate the problem (a few hours of their time). Luckily, there are other similar rental properties available in this area.

Wood-stove inoperable. Sign on it said “please do not use.” Sent message to owners via VRBO and heard nothing back. The wood-stove was one of the reasons why we booked this place. Hot tub instructions in binder on table said that it is pre-set to 102 degrees. Went outside to use it and temperature read 81. Set it for 102 degrees and 12 hours later it was at 87, so never got to use it. Ran out of paper towels and there was none anywhere. We looked in all closets on all levels. Saw a lot of toilet paper in basement closet but no paper towels. Prior to arrival, Father-in-law asked if there was a crockpot; he heard nothing back. 2 other messages sent via VRBO; no response either. On a positive note- place was very clean, comfortable and cozy.
