"Loved the front desk afternoon staff member. He was absolutely so helpful and wonderful with loads of good advice. He was very kind and cheerful. Unfortunately, the hotel is definitely showing its age and a bit of neglect. Rather stained carpeting, scuffed walls and corner edges chipped. A bit grim. The room was fine for our needs, clean and roomy. The balcony and view over the plaza was a real bonus. The elevator was a plus as well. Breakfast great! Lots for choices. Good for the price and location!"

"2 night stay with teenage child. Hotel is situated in a good site, with local playpark for young children, local cafe (Paul) on doorstep and lovely external garden.
