Unfortunately the check-in and entry to the hotel was very poor - we arrived at 10.30pm via the Eurostar and after finding the hotel we experienced difficulty entering the hotel due to the security door unmanned and reception not allowing us access when ringing the bell and then a very unpleasant checkin

Perfect location, friendly staff. Room had dust under the radiator and caulk in the shower had mold. As did the windowsill in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. No view out the Windows and hall way was pitch black until you walked a few feet into it. Slept well. Appreciated the ceiling fan and AC.
