Such a perfect spot, welcoming, well kept, quiet, and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend it will definitely go back.

We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi tub and private hot tub. It was wonderful to wake up and have coffee next to the creek. Staff were super nice and accommodating.

The hotel is extremely clean and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Christian at the front desk and Katrina assisting at breakfast were outstanding. Thank you!

Very impressed with Elijah’s knowledge and willingness to help. He was very informative throughout my stay and provided insightful information regarding map directions, where to locate the national parks, and informed me that I needed to make a reservation before entering the Rocky Mountains—which I had no idea about. Upon first checking in, he was quick to welcome me and his eagerness to fulfill my questions made this experience comfortable. Overall, very satisfied!

Close to the boulder res and Avery! Lots of nice clean amenities. Best breakfast ever!!

Nice rooms. Nice showers. Great location

Very friendly, great place to stay.

Warm charming clean and with comfortable beds at the hotel, the hot tub is hot, the views exceptional and the included breakfast full filling. We will see you again~

The property was clean, quiet and close to town. The restaurant on site was a little disappointing. Be aware that all the restaurants on property and in town close a couple of days each week. Last comment, don’t waist your time and money at Rockies restaurant. Horrible food and maybe the most expensive restaurant in town.

My mom loved her handicap accessible room, and we plan to have her stay there again in the future. Nice staff, great area of town, and a modern facility.

clean and great staff

A good place stay with the family.

The room was great for this price. Big, with everything you need. Modern furnishings. Good breakfast. AND THE ROOM KEY WORKED EVERY TIME, first time!

We really loved staying at this hotel! It's right on Grand Lake, which makes for a very fun location. The staff is incredibly accommodating and kind. Our room was clean and comfortable. And the toiletries were a lovely papaya smell. All in all, we were very satisfied.

It was nice

Best Microtel around!

I was unsure what to expect as I booked this hotel 30 minutes before midnight while traveling through the US and was quite frankly amazed. The hotel staff at 1am were courteous and helped when my Expedia Reservation didn't go through, making sure that I would have sleep as I expected. The room was extremely comfortable with soft beds, very fluffy blankets, and all the amenities you could want - better then some of the studio apartments I've seen in California! Everyone was a joy to talk to, and...

Clean, friendly, quiet, easy parking.
