「On listing in never said you had to enter property through a door in house. We received this instructions after booking property. My son was greeted by some man when he entered and said he was so nervous to stay there I booked him accomodation elsewhere . I would never have booked if I new you did not have a seperate entry」

「コパカバーナはこじんまりとしていて、観光客もいない落ち着いた雰囲気のビーチです。ビーチまでも歩いてすぐの場所ですので、ロケーションはとても良かったです。
ただ、施設は少し古い感じでデコレーションもされていないので、 少し寂しい雰囲気です。
エレベーターが故障していたり、キッチンはあるのに食器があまりなかったり、サービスが行き届いていない感じはありました。」
