"Fantastic trips out to Loch Ness, Culloden, Inverness Walking history tour, wildlife boat trip from Cromarty, Aviemore, Dunrobin Castle and my favourite Skara Brae day trip on The Orkneys. Also saw The Northern Lights. Home inside is immaculate, fantastic views of Cromarty Firth and a nice pub down the road for an evening meal."

"Beautiful home away from home in the country. Gorgeous Scottish scenery out every window. A great private location with a fully stocked kitchen etc. If you are coming from abroad be prepared for a short narrow drive from the nearest town but we'll worth it. We were sad to leave.."

"Our stay here was brilliant. There is ample space in the home but as the weather was amazing we spent a lot of time outdoors. There are a number of outdoor spaces to be able to enjoy your time separately or together. Loved the swings under the trees for reading and used the fire pit on our last night. The kitchen is a little smaller but managed to do everything we needed to in the space. Hosts were lovely and very accommodating with every request. Would come back again without hesitation."

"This wonderful cozy cottage was the perfect location for our highland adventures. Easy to find, but out of the way! The home is nicely laid out. As Americans, use appliances,outlets, etc. differently . it would have been helpful to have critical switches labeled. For example we inadvertently turned off the kitchen refrigerator by turning its switch off. This switch was located along the wall, above the counter in the same places the light switched were located."

"Nice house in an ideal location to enjoy the local area. We stayed for a week and the location was great for a some exellent walking, cycling and relaxing. The house is well equipped, warm, comfortable and clean, it has the added bonuis of a lockable outhouse which was good for storing bikes. Grantown is just along the road with a good range of shops, cafes and other facilities. Aviemore slighly further afield for a larger shops and amenties. Overall a throughouly enjoyable stay and...

"This house is lovely and ideal for a larger group (10 adults and a dog). Everything was clean and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need including an extra fridge in the utility. It has a lovely garden with plenty of room to sit out if the weather allows. Bathrooms are modern and large. Beds are clean and comfortable. Beautiful quiet location within walking distance of the local cafe/shop. We had a very enjoyable stay."

"Four days stay.Ideally situated ,great place that accepted three dogs which meant we could all go away together as a family.Lovely big house with the added bonus of the hot tub which our grand children especially enjoyed."

"What a fabby wee place to stay. It was perfect. Well equipped, comfortable, clean, spacious & quiet. Was literally everything we were looking for. The log fired hot tub was brilliant. "Check in is easy with lock box. Very clean throughout. Comfortable for the group. Hot tub a real pleasure with gorgeous sunsets to finish the day. Roads around the property are farm tracks so a little care needed. We found the road past the care home a better route to and from the property. If in the area again would look to rent this property."
