"Excellent! My teenage son and I spend a few days a year in Payson while my oldest goes to a nearby camp. We decided to try a house this time instead of a hotel suite and can say wow…we are never going back to a hotel again. The house was fantastic. Would highly recommend. It’s great to see pictures and reviews of a property that actually turn out to be true and better than the pictures when you get there in person! 4 stars!"

"There were elk, bulls, cows, woodpeckers, lizards.. there is a creek within walking distance and a few more creeks with in a few miles. The cabin it self is extraordinary, me and my family always love coming here. They did a lot of upgrading on the place and it’s even more amazing. I recommend this cabin to everyone looking for a vacation spot. The owners are so nice and always easy to get ahold of. We will be back.."

"We love the treehouse. A creative use of space such that a person has everything one could possibly need. A wonderful bbq (top of the line) on the deck adds to the amenities. We love the downstairs outside area. It's super comfortable. Good comfortable bed. Fans, heat and A/C which we didn't need in early June, but is there if needed. Great hosts. We enjoy staying every year."

"A beautiful little gem outside of Payson. We were looking for remote place to let our dog run loose and this for the bill! Only complaint is the back fence is not secure so our pup did get out once. The house it's self is extremely cozy. It's the yard and porch that make this place special because they are beautiful! If you're looking for a place to get some R &R outdoors this is the place for you!"

"Very dusty and stains on blankets, needs better cleaning. Toilet seat is cracked and pinches you. Neighbor threatened us and was watching what we were doing. Room a/c unit exhaust broken blowing hot air into the room. Otherwise the property and area is beautiful. Creek nearby. Nice man-made creek on the property. Great location.
