"My family arriving from 3 different states were in town for 2 nights for a funeral. Debbie helped us get adjoining rooms and everything about our stay was perfect. A great breakfast filled us up for a very long day. And we had plenty of space in our rooms and the common areas to relax with family. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. "This hotel is not bad at all. Any issues, the staff takes care of it. Some things were not as clean as I expected, but when I told the front desk they had it taken care of pretty quickly. I have to say that Katy at the front desk is a superstar. She has a good memory- she remembered me from a stay about six months ago, and I heard her know a guest by name even though he did not frequently come through Maryville/Alcoa. Super helpful and very nice. We were here for Christmas and have enjoyed our stay!"

Bed and pillows were comfortable. All the plumbing worked well. I needed a clean, safe, comfortable room for a quick one-night travel stop, and this met the need perfectly."
