Beautiful hotel, I just didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t stream like Netflix or Disney on the TV. The only option available were local station which is a bit boring for people that don’t speak Spanish. Overall, very nice.

love the location center of all Madrid, hotel staff and amenities amazing ! one thing I would recommend better is the rooftop bar , was not a good experience is very difficult to get service in the rooftop, I believe there can be another system in place to attend guests but overall yes I would for sure stay here again .

The beds were really comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. Staff were good - we didn't need to have much interaction with them though. breakfast was good although the same every day. We chose the hotel for proximity to the Athletico stadium but it was easy to jump on a bus into the city centre. There are a few restaurants nearby which are good. Would certainly recommend
