Spacious apartment for 6 people

This pretty apartment completely renovated is located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence in the town of FONT-ROMEU.

The apartment with its balcony and its large windows offers a magnificent view of the mountain and the lights of the city of Puigerda at night.
You will enjoy the large living room with the dining room and large friendly table, lounge area with sofa very comfortable (and convertible). The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all small appliances.)

The two bedrooms are separated from the main room by a corridor with door to avoid any noise.
The first room contains a bed of 160 with dressing. The second a bed of 140 with 2 bunk beds.

Shower room with walk-in shower. Separate toilet.


The residence is located 10 minutes walk from shops. For the winter holidays, the shuttle is less than 100 meters away and will take you to the ski lifts for access to the ski resort.

Très bel appartement

Accueil aimable et efficace par la dame de la conciergerie. Appartement lumineux ,bien chauffé ,bien équipé. Electroménager ,sanitaires et literie de qualité. Le local prévu pour les vélos et les skis est petit et partagé avec les autres résidents. La route qui passe devant peut être assez fréquentée. Ce n'est pas un problème l'hiver mais à voir en été.

Appartement neuf et très bien équipé.(manque juste une rallonge électrique)..Bon emplacement avec une belle vue ....dommage un peu éloigné du centre .... mais sans doute plus calme quand la saison bat son plein!!!

Cet appartement est très agréable. Néanmoins, la propreté de la literie est à revoir (alèses et couettes tachées). Les taches sur le canapé ne nous incombent pas, mais il est difficile de le prouver, aucun état des lieux n’étant effectué.
