appartement très spacieux, bien équipé malgré la vétusté, a besoin d un rafraichissement . A notre arrivée? Pas deau chaude, résolu sous 24h, le ménage de l'appartement n'a pas été fait de toute évidence récemment. Poussière partout notamment sur cuvette WC(important en cette période), odeur de renfermé et de fumée, bondes sanitaires bouchées Il faudrait peut-être vérifier l'état des lieux avant l'arrivée des locataires . Malgré tout ceci un bon séjour entre amis, l'espace est très appréciable.

Très surpris par cette location qui ne correspond pas à l’annonce sur le site, ce n’est pas le chalet entier (comme précisé) que nous avons loué mais 2 appartements avec le rez-de-chaussée loué à d’autres vacanciers ! Nous étions 12 (le site prévoit 16 maxi) il est annoncé : - 200 mètres carrés , en réalité 160, - 6 chambres , en réalité 4 et 2 pièces de moins de 8m2 illégalement appelés chambres Appartements sales en pleine période COVID, n’a même pas été désinfecté ni seulement nettoyé (déchets présents dans poubelles) Moquettes usagées très sales , protèges matelas et couettes tachés (sang et autres...)

Très bon séjour dans cette location idéalement placée à Font Romeu

nous étions plusieurs couples avec enfants (10 personnes pendant 2 semaines et 2 autres personnes qui sont venues pendant 3 jours). Le logement comprends 2 appartements spacieux qui ont permis à chacun d'être à l'aise. Très bonne isolation phonique entre les 2 appartements. Le logement est situé tout près des commerces du centre de Font Romeu accessibles facilement à pied. Le logement est idéal comme point de départ pour plein de randonnées dans les montagnes ou autour des lacs. En résumé de très bonnes vacances dans cette belle location

Location de ce chalet très bien. L'emplacement de ce logement très bien situé, nous n'avons pas eu besoin de prendre la voiture durant le séjour: commerces, télécabines........ proches (7 min à pied). Pour 12 personnes, nous avions suffisamment d'espace avec ses 6 chambres, 4 salles de bain, 2 WC, ses 2 garages. Le chalet est très bien équipé: vaisselle, appareils électriques. Le balcon très bien ensoleillé avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Nous vous recommandons ce chalet pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Très bon séjour, Chalet vraiment très agréable

Nous avons passé 2 séjours au sein du chalet, un l'été et un l'hiver. Les deux fois nous avons été ravis. Le chalet est vraiment très bien situé, au pied de belles balades, très proches du centre de Font Romeu (toutes les courses à pied) et nous pouvions aller sur les pistes soit en voiture soit par les oeufs. Le chalet est composé de 2 appartements indépendants (nous étions nombreux et avions pris les 2 étages). Une vue imprenable et le luxe à la montagne : beaucoup d'espace ! les pièces à vivre sont très grandes et lumineuses et les chambres très confortables. Le plus : un chalet fait pour se retrouver entre amis/familles nombreuses (super bien équipé en vaisselle,...). Super relation avec les proprios (réactifs) Je le recommande !
