"The flat is fully furnished and there was everything you need just for the 1st day before you can go shopping. There was even a bottle of water and a bowl of peaches ready for us. "Pros: the host was very communicative, check in was easy, the location was great - very close to the beach and a 15 minute walk into Marzamemi. All the rooms had air conditioning and the terrace was lovely. Cons: the house seemed quite run down, for example the sink was broken in one of the bathrooms, the shower head couldn’t be held up by the holder, and the oven didn’t seem to work (though there was a toaster oven we could use instead).
