"We had a wonderful time at the house. The location is perfect, so quiet and picturesque. The pool was a lovely temperature and we enjoyed the size. "Le val des fées est un petit coin de paradis, un lieu où il fait bon vivre avec la nature et les animaux... La maison est grande et décorée avec goût, on s'yn sent desuite chez nous. "House well equipped and comfortable. Access to UK programmes via Sky box appreciated, but no Wi-fi a bit disappointing. A few points I feel are worth making - I hope you’ll take them in the spirit they are offered: Lounge seating a bit uncomfortable. Pool clearly has a leak and needed topping up daily. Some light switches not very secure - one in particular is for the short hall leading to the 2nd bedroom. We enjoyed our 10 days here, allowing us to visit Soubes again after selling our villa...

"Staying in and among buildings in a village settled in 1067, clinging to a steep mountain wall, seemed to connect us deeply to the history and geography of South France. Tricky to find, even with the help of some good men in St Andre de Vizines, the effort was exponentially rewarded. Of our 1800+ kilometer drive to visit alps, a bridge, a cave, and a city of lights, our stay in St. Andre keeps emerging as a true highlight."
