Temizliğe ihtiyacı olan tatlı bir butik otel

Dışarfan bakınca çok şirin ve tatlı bir butik otel. Konumı harika bir yerde. Yürüyerek plajlara, koylara ve çarşıya inebiliyorsunuz. Fakat kaldığımız oda temizlik açısından büyük sıkıntılıydı. Tuvalete girmek bile istemiyorduk çünkü ne duş ne wc ne lavabo temizdi. Yerler yine aynı şekilde kirliydi. Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu ama yardımcı oldular ve pansiyonun dolabından soğuk su alarak değiştirdik. Kahvaltı normaldi pişilerin olması artı benim için ve lezzetliydi. Bahçede kediler çok fazla ve yemek yerken de hep etrafınızfa masanıza gelmeye çalışabiliyorlar bizim için sıkıntı olmadı fakat korkanlar oluyordu. Odadaki camları. bir tanesinde sineklik vardı diğerinde yoktu fakat klima kullandığımız için sorun etmedik. Park sorunu yoktu. Resepsiyondaki çalışan çok ilgili güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Sıcak bir ortamı vardı.

Gayet temiz bir pansiyondu. Fiyat persormans cok iyi diyebilirim. Yasadigimiz tek olumsuzluk bizim kaldigimiz odanin pencere telinde sorun oldugu icin sivrisinek ile bir tik mucadele etmek oldu. Sabah kajvaltilari da odanin carsaflarin banyosunun temizligi de oldukca iyiydi.

planlanmamış bir kalıştı, öncelikle yeri bilmeyenler için foçanın o eski evler bölgesine uzak bir yerde daha sessiz sakin bir bölgede o yüzden sevdik, giriş konusunda biraz sıkıntı yaşadık respesiyonda kimse olmadığı için ama telefonla ulaştık ve yardımcı oldular. Oda küçük ama yeterli, temizliği de yeterli, bahçesinde oturup vakit geçirmek ve sabah sahilde yürüyüşe çıkmak keyifliydi

Balkonda sineklik kapanmıyordu. Banyonun kapısı tam açılmayıp klozete çarpıyordu. Kapı çarptığı yerde hasarlı gözüküyordu. Duştan sular dışarı taşıyordu. Heryer ıslanıyordu. Oda genel olarak temizdi fakat bu pansiyon için alınan ücret çok yüksek. Ayrıca evcil hayvan için kabul edildiği belirtilmiş fakat ücret alınacağı belirtilmemişti. Fakat orda ücrete tabi ettiler.

Öncelikle geliştirilmesi gereken birkaç konudan bahsedeceğim, çok basit değişiklikler belki ama müşteri memnuniyetini arttıracaktır. Mesela odalarda çöp kutusu olmalı kesinlikle, biz kendimiz bir poşeti çöp poşeti yapıp kapının yanında biriktirdik üç gün boyunca hoş bir görüntü olmadı, sadece banyoda tuvalet için çöp koyulmuş. Tatil için hizmet veren bir işletmede çoğu odada malesef balkon yok, olmayabilir ama en azından mayo, havlu vs kurutabilmek için basit bir çamaşır kurutma askısı alınabilir. Bazı odaların nemden dolayı duvarları su çekmiş boyaları kalkmış. Düzeltilmesi basit fakat göze kötü görünen detaylar. Banyo kapıları çok bakımsız kalmış en azından kapı kolları yenilenebilir. Kapılar boyanabilir. Bunun dışında işletmenin konumu iyiydi, kahvaltısı güzeldi, lezzetliydi. Fakat odaların bakımdan geçmesi şart gibi görünüyor.

Şİddetle Tavsiye Ederim

Biz otelde 2 oda ve 2 aile olarak konakladık. Konumu çok güzel merkeze cok yakın ve bır o kadar sessiz ve sakin. Kahvaltısından çok lezzetliydi bayram ıcın bayram tatlısını bile düşünmüşlerdi. Otelde çalışan Zeynep hanım, Gülsüm hanım ve Eray bey hem çok güleryüzlü hem de çok yardım severler. Biz çok memnun kaldık şiddetle tavsiye ederiz.
