「Our stay at Toad Hall Carriage House was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our host, AnnBritt, was exceptional—warm, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and attentive to every detail. The carriage house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the location was so easy to access. But what really made this stay special was the incredible setting. 「Before staying at this hotel I called and asked if the hot tub was working, I then made a reservation. The place sounded great, but it wasn't . I showed up and before checking in asked again is the hot tube working. I was told yes. Two hours later I found out it didn't work and hadn't for some time. The pool, kid's pool and hot tub were all filthy, with scum on their walls. The only emergency exit from the pool area, sealed closed with layers of ice. The fitness room consist of an old treadmill....
