"Stayed in two rooms...first night temp was set on 60 degrees but got air turned off and heat turned on. Second stay room stayed at 63 degrees all night despite turning heat on."

"The place is not clean, especially the pool, which is also not heated. There were crumbs and broken tiles in the elevator and all the carpets look dirty. The coffee machine was broken, so there was no coffee at breakfast. Not worth the rate we paid."

"The pool was disgusting. Green water, debris in it, discarded towel at bottom. Definitely not heated. And they were still letting people swim. Front desk people nice, just useless at keeping clean facilities. Room smelled terrible. Sheets seemed clean. Small hole in wall, toilet handle very loose & stopped flushing. People in room below us shouting until 3am. The place is just not cared for."
