気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
I reserved and paid for this stay for my daughter and her family, for 7 days.
They had driven for several days from Seattle, WA to visit with family. They have 3 young children, the youngest being 2 1/2 months old.
After researching local accommodations, I decided on this property. Today 6/20/25 is their final night at this hotel and they have NOT had any housekeeping of any kind, performed by staff members of Home2 Suites Flowood,MS at all! They have had to go downstairs and request clean towels, sheets, etc. and change them, on their own.
These issues were reported to the front desk, only for them to "log it in" but still no housekeeping was done.
This hurts my heart, not only as a mother and grandmother, that this is where I chose for them to stay, but to know that I paid good money for this terrible experience!
This hotel will never be a recommendation from me, to anyone!
Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves.
