, it’s only a few years old , however the hvac unit when compressor kicked on , sounds like a old washing machine ( room 305 ) did tell front desk , w noise app on phone not huge issue . Just wish they would keep maintenance a priority! "

"We really enjoyed our time at Christina’s property. The house was massive, with plenty of bedrooms for the entire extended family. We only had 3 of us and a pet so there was more than enough space for us. Backyard was on the smaller side but very well kept and had a lot of seating. The house was very clean except for master bathroom toilet. TVs in almost every room and our daughter loved the gameroom. "We had a pleasant experience here. The neighborhood is very family-oriented and safe. We went to a nearby park with the kids and they loved it. The house was nice, although the game room floor was super sticky from a previous guest. I ended up cleaning the floor to prevent it from spreading. Parking in the back was difficult for 2 cars. My truck had quite a hard time, so I kept it out front instead. Property Manager was fantastic and communicated quickly."

"We had an amazing stay at this property. Walking distant to a super fun park for littles, the pool in the backyard was perfect. We had it heated since it was the beginning of spring at the time. Lots of amenities in Flower Mound. The host was very helpful, and responded quickly to our questions. I would definitely recommend this property!!"

"Our mini vacation was with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandsons, ages four and almost two. The house was clean, neat, well appointed and comfortably large. There was a nice pack n' play with new linens for the almost two year old. We enjoyed the quiet, quaint neighborhood, the front porch and small back deck. Grapvine Mills Mall, where we visited Peppa Pig World and Lego Land, was less than a 10 minute drive. There was a nice, stroller friendly paved path to a deck overlooking Grapevine...
