Here is all the things that were wrong with the hotel. One the door locks didn’t lock. They were jammed in two separate rooms. Paint was peeling off the shower tile. The TV was broken. Staff did not offer to bring my suitcase up to the fourth floor. I had to walk up four stories with my heavy luggage. There was a small river next to the property that smelled like raw sewage I’ve got four or five other complaints, but I don’t think I have enough room to put them. I’ll give this hotel a zero and I’ll say I’d like a full refund because Orbits did not do a good job on therehomework on this property. It was at least 60 years old one tiny 1970s elevator one block away on premises. I’m very upset about staying there the air conditioner didn’t work. I sweated all night long after one night I canceled the rest of my rest of my stay. I’m very disappointed and I like a full refund. John Spooner.

Gostei bastante do tamanho do quarto e do banheiro. Pontos fracos: 1°. Internet muito ruim; 2°. No quarto 604, tem uma porta trancada (acho que dá acesso ao quarto ao lado ou algo do tipo). Tinha alguém e lá e acústica era bem complicada. Dava pra ouvir tudo que as pessoas falavam (e provavelmente o mesmo deve ter ocorrido para eles). Gostaria de mais privacidade na próxima estadia.

Quartos antigos precisam ser reformados. Ar com muito barulho e pia vazando com torneira solta. Café da manhã muito bom. Precisa avisar que não tem elevador pois fiquei no 3 andar e um monte de escadas difíceis para quem é idoso ou tem comordidades e impossível para pessoas com deficiências de locomoção .

Falta limpeza.

Não foi uma estadia agradável. O Hotel é bastante mal cuidado, dá uma impressão ruim. Meu quarto não foi limpo durante o dia, nem mesmo a arrumação da cama e ao falar com a atendente na recepção ela me disse que para arrumar deve ser solicitado na recepçao até as 15h, que isso é política do hotel e que deveria ter sido explicado para mim no checkin. Nunca vi isso em nenhum lugar, sou um viajante constante e jamais vi um hotel que não limpa ou arruma seus quartos. Exatamente ao contrário, se você NÃO quiser arrumar, então deve solicitar. Achei ruim e ficou bem pior depois do atendimento que recebi, tentando me convencer de que eu estava errado por achar ruim que a limpeza não foi feita.

Atendimento muito bom dos colaboradores do hotel! Mas as condições não são boas! Quartos que precisam subir escadas com malas! E o cheiro de esgoto da vala que tem do lado de fora do hotel é insuportável! Outro ponto muito ruim é que as reservas do Hotéis.com muitas vezes não integram! Meu colega ficou sem hotel nesta noite! Sendo que tinha comprovante de pagamento! É um hotel simples! Mais recomendado para homens em viagens para poucas estadias!

A expectativa não era alta mas ainda decepcionou

Foi uma experiência bem negativa, a única coisa que se salvou foi o café que era muito bom. Ao chegar, nossa reserva não constava no sistema, então tivemos de esperar. Não há elevador para quartos e andares específicos. Os quartos com portas emperradas, um armário bem precário, banheiro com o espelho completamente sucateado, uma coberta velha, o ar funcionava ok mas se estivesse mais quente não daria conta. A limpeza do quarto estava boa tbm. O estacionamento é ok, mas fica aberto 24hrs, portão aberto e ninguém fica na guarita do estacionamento, ou seja entra quem quer lá, não precisamos nos identificar pra entrar no estacionamento.

Boa estadia, embora o quarto fosse pequeno, tinha ar condicionado e uma cama box que me atendeu p uma noite. O café da manhã era excelente, superando minhas expectativas.

Fiquei extremamente decepcionado com o hotel. Primeiro ponto: - 1: quartos com falta de higienização, desorganizados. - 2: funcionários do horário do dia em especial domingo, pela manhã são mão educados - 3: gostaríamos de desfrutar da piscina, a mesma não estava apta para uso. - Enfim falta empatia com os hóspedes e está muito abaixo dos demais hotéis da rede tri hotel, pois já me hospedei em Caxias do Sul, Gramado e os mesmo são incríveis tanto atendimento quando os quartos. - O hotel necessita urgentemente de uma repaginada nos funcionários, uma manutenção adequada, organização da equipes - Por fim gostaria de pontuar que o café e muito bom, e o que salva a hospedagem.

Estabelecimento precisa de reforma.

Estadia de 2 noites em família. Infelizmente o hotel está ao lado de córrego com mal cheiro terrível e precisa de renovação, tanto no prédio quanto nas instalações. Colchões e mobiliário bem desgastados, Limpeza ok e café da manhã bom.
