Hotel muito acolhedor e com ótima vista. Quarto da frente bem amplo e café da manhã muito gostoso e variado. Pontos negativos: cama de casal eram duas de solteiro juntas (deixa uma “falha” no meio da cama)... o lençol estava furado e haviam alguns respingos estranhos na parede do banheiro

Local onde a natureza te abraça, aquieta e expande

O local é excelente, paradisíaco, o apartamento também, com alguns detalhes de melhoria: garantir mais silêncio no corredor que liga cada aposento e maior maior isolamento acústico entre os apartamentos. Além disso, sugerimos que cada apartamento contenha cabides ou cabideiros para a colocação das roupas dos hóspedes. A cama poderia ser de casal, King, e o café da manhã poderia ser mais variado. O atendimento foi ótimo, com cortesia exemplar. Recomendamos, de fato, o Haute Haus!!!

Pousada fora de série, uma estadia quase perfeita!

A nossa estadia por um fim de semana hospedados no apto.3 foi muito boa. A pousada é muito bem localizada, a paisagem interna e a vista para a lagoa são excepcionais. As instalações em geral e os espaços comuns são ótimos. A falta de TV nos quartos é bem compensada pelo grande Lobby e uma ampla varanda contendo uma TV de tela grande e outras opções para leitura e lazer. Os serviços de recepção e de limpeza estavam perfeitos. As duas bicicletas disponíveis para os hóspedes estavam em ordem e pudemos tirar muito proveito delas em um longo passeio ao redor da lagoa. O café da manhã tinha boas opções de frutas, crepes e tapiocas, talvez tenha pecado apenas no caso do iogurte, que poderia ter sabor mais natural. No quarto fez alguma falta um armário para roupas e bagagens mas há um cabideiro que atendeu em parte nossa necessidade. Apesar da nossa satisfação geral, não posso deixar de registrar um problema que considero grave (também informado à Recepção) que enfrentamos todas as vezes que utilizamos o chuveiro para banho: o banheiro ficava muuto nebuloso e o (grande e ótimo) espelho sobre o lavatório ficava totalmente embaçado por cerca de uma hora, de nada adiantando termos sempre deixado a janela e a porta da dependência previamente abertas...

Perfectly located for exploring the island. A beautiful property which has a boutique feel to it. Ample parking space. Rooms are spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Great staff who are ready to offer genuine recommendations to make the most of your stay. Tasty Breakfast.

Maravilhoso

Um lugar surpreendente agradável. É como se fosse uma pousada, mas é uma casa grande, muito bonita e com tudo muito bem cuidado. Os funcionários são uns amores, desde o jardineiro até os das áreas administrativas. Turo muito limpo dentro e fora do quarto. Café da manhã não muito variado, mas tem o suficiente para sentir-se satisfeito.

Precisa de melhorias

Pousada com instalações novas e bem conservadas. Atendimento bom e em boa localização. O banheiro é muito bom, amplo, novo e limpo. Entretanto, precisa de melhorias, os quartos não possuem televisão; o café da manhã é fraco, com muito pouca variedade; o wi-fi perdia a conexão diversas vezes; não possui recepção 24h nem serviço de quarto (não tem restaurante/bar); os quartos não possuem telefone para comunicação com a recepção. O aparelho de split do meu quarto começou a vazar água logo na chegada, informei a recepção e ficaram de chamar a manutenção. Permanecemos com o vazamento até o final da hospedagem.
