Welcome travellers! We`re thrilled to invite you to experience the warm charm of Floriana in our warm and inviting studio apartment!
Step inside and unwind in our cozy haven, featuring a plush double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cosy
Ideally located in the heart of Floriana, you`ll be just a stone`s throw away from the breathtaking local gardens and the stunning city of Valletta!
Come and make yourself at home in our little slice of Floriana heaven.
The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.
For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.
Living and Sleeping Area | Our thoughtfully designed studio combines the living and sleeping areas to maximize space and comfort. The double bed, dressed in soft linens, promises a restful night`s sleep. The area also includes a small seating arrangement for you to relax, read, or watch TV.
Kitchen | The compact yet fully functional kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. It includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and essential kitchenware. Whether you`re cooking a full meal or a quick snack, this kitchen has you covered.
Dining Area | Adjacent to the kitchen, the small dining area features a table and two chairs, creating a cozy spot for meals. Enjoy your breakfast or a romantic dinner in this intimate setting.
Bathroom | The clean and modern bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. We provide fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
Backyard | Step outside to your private backyard, a rare find in Floriana. This charming outdoor space is furnished with comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or unwind after a day of exploring. The backyard is a tranquil retreat where you can relax and soak in the ambiance.
Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toilettres and 2 towels per guests.

1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
