The location is fantastic... close to everything. The breakfast is incredible. The hotel is old, so don't expect something new, however if you are out all day and use this place to get some rest it works just fine.

One of the best in Florence.

My stay was excellent. I would highly recommend The Benivieni Hotel. It is not the Ritz, but it was clean good hot water and the location was perfect. I will also add that the cafe located in the hotel was Excellent. The American coffee was the best in all of Florence. Great people and accommodations.

Very well situated and reasonably priced. The only complaint I have - the shower stall was very small so when washing you keep hitting water off handle. Also, shampoo at the dispenser run out and was not refilled when the room got serviced.

The property was perfectly situated! So close to the Duomo and just overall great location. Unfortunately our room was much smaller than anticipated and extremely hot. We couldn’t get comfortable because the air conditioning wouldn’t go below a certain temperature and continually kicked on and off throughout the night making it hard to sleep

The staff is great. Our room was unique-it was the old library downstairs and large enough for four people. It has an accessible bathroom with no tub and no cabinets. We had one queen bed and two twins. One twin kept breaking. The staff changed it out. The AC does not get below 77 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be hot in the summer with four people in a room. The restaurant on site is good and convenient.

Extremely disappointed that after contracting COVID the day before departing on my holiday, the hotel showed no compassion by offering me alternative dates later, even if the cost was increase, extremely inflexible. I lost over £700 with not even an acknowledgement from the hotel

I wasn’t impressed. Everything was just okay. The shower was so small and darkly lit that I had to open the shower door everytime I picked up a shampoo because I couldn’t read it or bend down it’s so cramped. And i hit my head several times on the way up with the soap holder. For some reason it was uncomfortable for me to see that the managers residence was next to his personal desk- no reception desk btw. His living room was right there next to his desk. That was a bit odd. The room wouldn’t properly close. I would have to slam it and I was embarrassed it was so loud. I notified the manager and I still had to slam it. The view was terrible. A view of a wall. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Hotel regular

O hotel é bem localizado, o que é a única vantagem. Mas não estava bem limpo quando chegamos (estava cheio de cabelos os travesseiros e lençol, por exemplo) e não teve limpeza nenhum dia que ficamos (parece limpeza só ocorre se for solicitada), é muito barulhento e o ar condicionado não funcionava. No geral, achei que não vale a pena o custo benefício pelo preço cobrado.
