8.6/10 Excellent! (481 reviews)

The room was clean and everything was in good shape. There didn’t seem to be much available besides our room and an outdoor seating area—no lounge or cafe; restaurant shuts after lunch. Breakfast is available but isn’t served till 9:00 am on Sundays. While the hotel is in an industrial area of the town, it’s within easy (driving) distance of old town Gelida, which has some historic sites and restaurants and was fun to walk around. (We coincided with the 4-day August festival which was very lively—fire breathing dragon, music, performances.)

9.2/10 Wonderful! (264 reviews)
DO NOT STAY HERE. the property is not as pictured. The gym has old equipment that could be a safety hazard waiting to happen. There were odd smells in the elevator and the rooms. Also, I was charged more than the reservation price and the hotel would not correct their error. TERRIBLE PLACE. IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD.

"The room was beautiful with a wonderful balcony overlooking the grounds and the cliffs above the Ebro River- a few hundred yards walk away. "Really lovely property. I hadn’t appreciated when booking that it formed part of a larger resort, although much of the resort, including the restaurant, seemed closed during our stay. The house itself was excellent – clean, comfortable and well-equipped – and the pool was great. The only area that ..."
