The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure to answer my questions and give useful information.
Regarding the rooms, they were mostly clean and in good condition, however, the A/C didn't seem to work and neither did the bathroom extractor fan.
The hotel is well connected, at 25 minutes walking from Downtown Arles. The free parking is very useful if you're planning on renting a car and driving to neighboring towns.

Great, nicely furnished, quiet and well located hotel … however beware that there is no reception as such and e-keys for hotel door and room must be organised / obtained prior to arrival which was not our case. Restaurant staff downstairs was great for help and all was solved through phone very easily.

The room in the property it's really clean the front desk really helpful
We did not use the poor it was too cold by its look really tempting

"You should clarify that this place is rather a hostel than a hotel hotel! Je price is excessive for thelack of comfort and facilities. There’s no cleanning service for the whole length of the stay! The kids enjoyed the pool and it save the trip wbut I definitely won’t go back again."
