Asheville Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The location in Fletcher was great. It was only about a 20 minute drive into Asheville. The layout of the house was nice. Primary suite on main level and our daughters had the two bedrooms upstairs. There was an issue with one of the showers but a repairman came out the same day to fix it. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Overall, fantastic!

Perfect house for our large family weekend!

Perfect house for our large family weekend! The amenities are awesome and kept us entertained. The kitchen equipment is well-stocked, and we had enough space for everyone. The location was great too, good proximity to Fletcher and Asheville activities. Would definitely recommend!

Just Perfect!

The house was clean, comfortable, very well-appointed and easy in terms of check-in and check-out processes. The pool was warm and sparkling -- exceeded out expectations. On top of all that the management was attentive and they accept large dogs. Highly recommend!

Nice house and good communication

We enjoyed our stay here. The hot tub was great. It was winter so didn’t use the pool, but looked big and clean. The house was spacious for the 8 of us and the yard was lovely. Rolling hills and mountains on your drive up give you a country feel only 20m from Asheville. The team was quick to answer and respond to a few minor things even on Christmas Day as I checked in,

Holiday in Asheville

Excellent house for a family of 12! The back yard with a firepit and volleyball net was a big hit for everyone. The kitchen was nicely furnished especially during the Thanksgiving holiday. The grandkids spent a lot of time down in the garage playing on all the games. The sofa bed could use an additional pad b/c the mattress is extremely thin otherwise all the beds were very comfortable. We all appreciated tv's in each room which helped with all the various interests. We were all a little nervous with the top rack in the dishwasher b/c it felt really lose. Otherwise, everything went really well and was very comfortable.

Pretty Average, Ride share very limited

Pros: Management Communication. Before the trip started, I was very impressed by the management company of this rental. They texted me a couple weeks prior to see if we wanted to extend the stay another day at a discounted rate; we couldn't but it was a nice offer. I could also text them to see if the property had certain items and amenities prior to and throughout the duration of the stay. Size of property: Pool, hot tub, large yard, and size of bedrooms were all nice and fitting for our group. The living room was also nice in size and the kitchen as well. Pool was heated very nicely! Beds and pillows were comfortable, and we liked that there were fans in the bedrooms as well. House was nice and cool, however, very loud in the living room. Cons: The grill grates were not cleaned very well and they appeared corroded so we could not use it. I did not inform management of this, but I think this should have been checked prior to the stay. The overall cleanliness of the property was not appealing. The garage where the games are has quite a few bugs and it doesn't appear to be swept or cleaned but only so often. The games were still enjoyable but we didn't play for long. The rugs and hardwood floors did not appear to be vacuumed very well. On the first day we arrived, we had to sweep - there's no vacuum! - and there was quite a bit of dirt on the main floor. The cabinets (white) could also use a wipe down in some areas. The bathrooms were clean with the exception of the corners of the floors. The pool towels were a little dingy and could stand to be donated and replaced. The blinds weren't in great shape in one of the bedrooms and didn't operate well to keep light out. *Just a heads up and nothing against the property itself as it is out of their control, but we couldn't get a rideshare (Uber or Lyft) from the property. Thankfully we had a rental car but plan to have a DD or a way to get to your destination.

The Property Management Company was very responsive

The Property Management Company was very responsive. Any minor issue/question was promptly responded to. Location was very peaceful and private. Home was very clean, roomy, beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We especially enjoyed the pool. It was one the nicest pools included with a property that we have ever rented. Yard was very spacious if you have a pet or children-plenty of room to run around. Our dog loved the shady yard! One thing that would be helpful to be listed on the description of the property is the amount of stairs to enter the property, which made it challenging when bringing in luggage and groceries. Otherwise we loved this home!
