The area outside the hotel felt a bit shady especailly at night. Mostly non-european men hanging around the street made my wife uncomfortable. However, we felt safe in the hotel. "The location for this property is unbeatable. There was some noise from the street at night, but that was totally beat by being able to step out of the hotel and right into the center of activity. The hotel is such a delightful fusion of Moroccan and European styles, and we loved finding all the decor treasures throughout our stay.
