It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. Bar staff / wait staff definitely need to improve as wait times for anything are long. Most requests are also forgotten which led to frustration. 」
