「We had a lovely stay in the 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of the residence. We picked a Mountain View and it was a stunning view over the mountains! The sofa bed in the apartment was very large and comfortable and so were the beds. Very bijou kitchen but was fine if not cooking much. Could have benefited from an oven. Had a Spar supermarket below but limited choice and quite expensive. Could have helped if the residence had its own bar and restaurant. Not sure it felt like a five star...

「No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

「We hebben met twee gezinnen een week in het appartement doorgebracht.Locatie is goed met mogelijkheid om naar de liften te skiën en een pendelbusje dat elk kwartier langs komt.Voorzieningen (zwembad, gym, parkeergarage, ski locker en sauna) ook goed. Handig dat er een skiwinkel in het complex is en er een brood service is.」

「Small but cosy apartment within easy reach of the slopes and local amenities. I stayed on my own but it'd be perfect for families too and has everything you need for a ski holiday at a more than reasonable price. Heather (the host) responds very quickly to messages and was very helpful. Highly recommended.」

「Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, très bien situé à Flaine Forum, à deux pas des pistes et des commerces. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans l’appartement pour une famille de 4 personnes. Les propriétaires ont été très arrangeant pour notre arrivée et notre départ. 」

「Appartement chaleureux, confortable et très bien agencé. Belle résidence. Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle de bain. Jolie vue sur le domaine. Pistes accessibles en skis et remontée par les navettes. Randonnées dans la neige et piste de luge au départ de la résidence.. Le SPA est dans un autre bâtiment. Il faut sortir pour y accéder.」

「Pour 3000e la loc de cet appartement à Flaine en haute saison, on est en droit d'attendre une bien meilleure prestation!
