The FARMHOUSE on Adrianne is a gorgeous completely renovated home of over 3300 square feet with an additional 1300 usable exterior square feet of patio areas looking upon beautiful Mount Elden. The backyard is fully fenced for the safety of your children and pets and because we are in a cul-de-sac there is very little traffic. People love to use our home because of the quiet and relaxing nature of our neighborhood where you can unwind with family & friends. We DO NOT allow loud parties or events.

If you are looking for a comfortable luxurious place to be your base while exploring the vast legendary area of Northern Arizona or you just wish to relax with a cold drink on the patio's, this home is ideal for you.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths (all bathrooms are completely remodeled as of November 2021), this home sleeps 8 (4 couples) comfortably with your own bedrooms. In November 2017, we added 6 custom bunk beds in the loft area with 4 school lockers for the kids to keep their clothes and 3 large bean bag chairs. This area is quite the hit with the kids and for extra adults. In May of 2018, we added three additional outside patio areas, one with artificial turf, for your outdoor relaxing and family gatherings. In September of 2022, the front yard had an amazing facelift!
The master bedroom has a king Tempur-PedicĀ® bed and all other bedrooms have upgraded queen size beds.

Located in the middle of town and at the base of Mount Elden, our house is in a cul-de-sac and is 30 seconds to the hundreds of hiking trails on Mount Elden. You'll find yourself delightfully cool in the summer as our elevation in Flagstaff is 7000 feet. Fun activities include Flagstaff's amazing hiking & biking as well as skiing and snowboarding at the AZ Snowbowl, Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon with prestigious hiking, site seeing and shopping, as well as shopping, & dining in Downtown Flagstaff. NAU (Northern AZ University) is close for those who want to tour the University, Bearizona & Out-Of-Africa are less than an hour away and great fun for adults and kids. Believe it or not, Arizona has very good wineries just 45 minutes away and Flagstaff is known for some of the best beer breweries around. Lake Powell and Rainbow Bridge is a must see and The Grand Canyon is one of the 7 wonders of the World. Stay once and you will understand why it's a wonderful family getaway with many options.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave the windmill fan in the loft on.
Turn off mini splits in loft.
Put downstairs thermostat on 72 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking inside, however, outside is acceptable. A $300 fine if we smell smoke in the house. Large parties or events are no longer allowed.
Within 5 days of booking, guest list with names and ages of all travelers must be sent to Owner.
Keep any outdoor talking & music down to a conversational level after 9:30 pm. Flagstaff is very sensitive about disruptive or overly loud groups.

Amazing spot

Took my daughter to a soccer camp in the area and enjoyed my retreat at this house. Internet was great, safe neighborhood, great accommodations. This is perfect for a large group too!

Lovely home

We really enjoyed our stay at Velvet and Jefferson's home. The house is comfortable and well-appointed and was convenient to all of the activities we were doing while we were there! This house was a wonderful place to stay in the summer and would also be great during the ski season since the Sno-Bowl is not far away.

Graduation Celebration

Quick trip - perfect accomdations

We had a great stay. Would definitely stay again for a longer time period to really enjoy all the house has to offer. We had a quick trip for a golf tournament so did not get to spend much time at the house. Would definitely recommend it for families. Would have loved to have stayed here when our kids were younger!!

Incredible home and perfect location

LOVED our time in AZ! The farmhouse is beautifully renovated with lots of homey touches. Centrally located with food store 1/4 mile away and major AZ attractions in close proximity. Velvet is great to communicate with and has thought of every detail for a comfortable stay.

Flagstaff wedding

We had a great stay at the Farmhouse while in Flagstaff for a wedding. Great home for family and friends. Great outdoor and indoor entertainment space. Be prepared to climb some steps as the home is well above street level. We would stay here again.

It was a fantastic trip with 9 members of our family and friends. Beautiful home, large enough to spend time together over meals and drinks and yet laid out so you still could have privacy and space when needed. All the conveniences and extra touches needed! Including great outdoor patio and yard.

Wouldn't change a thing

The home and property is absolutely beautiful and in such a great location. Tons of amenities, the hosts are very communicative and helpful, wouldn't change a thing. We stayed for a bachelorette party/bday celebration and had such a blast. Perfect space for a big group, and the bunk beds are a lot of fun. Would absolutely recommend.

Amazing home and location

Rented for 6 adults for a special occasion. Plenty of room for a much larger group if needed. Home was clean, comfortable and had so many appreciated amenities. We enjoyed the outdoor space along with the hot tub. Grocery store so close and hiking trails few steps from front door. Highly recommended. Iā€™ll for sure stay here again if Iā€™m in Flagstaff!

Beautiful Property

The check process was easy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse! Would definitely stay again if vacationing in Flagstaff. The host family were wonderful to deal with and loved the outdoor seating areas. The home was spacious, comfortable and felt like home. We celebrated our anniversary with the kids and grandkids. Great neighborhood and location. Tried several of the local restaurants suggested by the host and all were good!

Amazing property, very well appointed, and everything you could need was there. Great location. Owners were easily reachable. We didnā€™t need to contact them for anything at the house itself but a neighbor had a water leak and we wanted to be sure they knew.

Wonderful home to share great times with friends!

This is our second time renting the farmhouse and we are trying to figure out when we could go back again! The location is fantastic in a safe neighborhood near the trail system that we hiked on everyday! The house had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The owners go above and beyond to make certain the stay is comfortable with nice clean bedding, dishes, cookware, and even the special touch of coffee and toiletries! And the review would not be complete without saying that the decor is INCREDIBLE and really made us feel like we were vacationing in a luxury (magazine worthy) home away from home!!!
