Begin your Northern Arizona Adventure in our 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Rustic Mountain Retreat. Our home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in Boulder Pointe, one of Flagstaffs most coveted neighborhoods. Escape the heat in the summers with our central A/C. Keep warm by the gas fireplace after your winter activities. Unwind in the soaking tub after a full day of fun, spend quality time with family or friends in the large living room, or relax and binge watch your favorite Netflix or Hulu Live shows on one of 4 TV's. There are two bedrooms with King beds, and two bedrooms with Queen beds all with their own attached bathrooms. Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the covered front porch or sip coffee next to the fire pit on a chilly evening, subject to seasonality. Located within minutes to Northern Arizona University and Downtown. Shopping is within a mile.

Wonderful Flagstaff Home

Laurie's hose is lovely and exactly as described. Clean, well appointed and in a wonderful neighborhood. The location is a great base to visit Sedona, the Grand Canyon and attractions like Walnut Canyon, Meteor Crater, Lowell Observatory, Bearizona etc. Lot's of local restaurant options and grocery stores etc are all close by. Our family had a wonderful time there and would certainly recommend this house.

This property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The 4 ensuites were perfect for our family of 5. There are numerous restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay!

We had the BEST Thanksgiving at the Rustic Farmhouse!! The home is super cozy, clean and attention to detail was impeccable. We were two families of 4 and there was plenty of room to cook, play games and spend time together. The appliances were high end, which really made a difference in cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. Laurie was so nice and incredibly easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back!!

We had a great stay for NAU parents weekend. The house was tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood that felt like you were in the woods. The home had everything we could need and then some! Laurie was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Grand Canyon Trip with Friends

Beautiful home! Each bedroom having its own bath worked great for the 4 couples we had on the trip. It’s very convenient to the area around it including the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest and Sedona. We would stay here again for sure! The only knock is no washer/drier. Five stars!

Short little ski vacay with my little fam

The property and house are gorgeous! I loved the little videos that the host made to tell you how to operate things (like the fireplace and the coffee maker). The host was very communicative and friendly! I was a little stressed when I wasn’t sent access info until 2 minutes until 4:00 even though I’d complied and read the house rules and sent the required “code words” much earlier.

Great Getaway to Mom Island!

We couldn’t have been more delighted to find the rustic farmhouse as gorgeous, if not more, than it appeared in pictures. We got away from my 40th birthday and called it “Mom Island.”It was especially lovely to have four bathrooms and for generous sized bedrooms. This would be great for a couples getaway with four couples, or for a similar girls/guys getaway. Laurie has been extremely thoughtful in every corner of the home. You would never be able to find a hotel anywhere close to as nice nor such a reasonable price. Laurie is a great host and you will be so glad you booked with her.

Great stay in Flagstaff!

Hiking women spent two nights at this beautiful home. Set in a quiet neighborhood, with 4 bedrooms having in suite baths, it met our needs perfectly! Beautifully decorated and equipped, we will be back! Any downside? A lot of steps and a very steep driveway. No backyard deck or space. Neither of these mattered to us as the hiking was fantastic in Flagstaff and the VRBo was lovely. Host was excellent. Laurie responded quickly to all inquiries. Thank you.

Excellent property

The house was immaculate with many high end appliances and features. Decorations were perfect. My group was all over 70 with a couple people with limited physical ability. The slanted driveway was difficult to navigate and there are stairs to get into the house. There are no grab bars in the bathrooms. If your group is physically fit, this house is wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to find. Flagstaff is easy to get around too. I would stay here again.

Perfect vacation home for group of friends needing for adult rooms.

Short version: Amazing house! Amazing owner! If you’re a small group of friends or family with no small kids, stay here!!! Details: Weekend trip for five adult friends, three singles and a couple. Four rooms without one being a kids room was a great find. The house being in a great location, convenient to town, quiet and peaceful was a great bonus. Many amenities we didn’t even get to because it was only a two night trip. If we were here a week, the fireplace and outside fire pit would have gotten some use. The house itself was immaculate! But it was the small touches that really stood out. Each bathroom had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner like any nice hotel would. But then they also had toilet scent tabs (never seen those before), q-tips in a sealed packet, and makeup remover wipes. The tissues and toilet paper were very high end which is rare even in some high end hotels and higher priced VRBOs/AB&Bs. Lastly, the communication with the owner was fantastic. Every message was responded to within minutes. There is always room to improve and I pointed out a couple of VERY minor things that the owner acknowledged and took under advisement. Nothing even worth mentioning here or that detracted from the enjoyment of the stay. Would 100% stay here again!
